By using WeClips you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account.

2. Community Guidelines

WeClips is a Christian-friendly community. You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is sexually explicit, demonic, or violent in a glorifying way.
• Promotes hate, harassment, or violence against any person or group.
• Is generated by AI in whole or part. All content must be authored by you and depict real people, places, or scenes.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Contains malware, scams, or unsolicited advertising.

We may remove any content and suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules.

3. Membership and billing

WeClips is $1 (USD) per month and unlocks ad-free viewing and uploading. Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple or Google until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's subscription settings.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos and other content you upload. By uploading you grant WeClips a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, transmit, and display that content for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

6. Disclaimers

WeClips is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service running but make no guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WeClips is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the WeClips founder resides.
